I have been working with Avalon and Laura for several years now and have had a great experience with her and her staff. They respond immediately, they provide exceptional service. I'm writing this review to counter reply to a tenants (April Mckenzie-Hay) review of Laura and her company, which was completely off base. First of all, I initiated the 30 day notice to the tenant, not Laura or Avalon acting on their own accord. Second the reason for eviction was they were behind on their rent and they were not compliant with occasional visuals on the property. I'm attaching pictures to verify the horrid condition they left the property in. From rotten food in the refrigerator to junk everywhere, it's obvious why they were not compliant with visual checks on the property. As far as a property owner, I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism of Laura and her staff at Avalon Realty.

I've used Avalon to manage my rental property for over a year, and waited to give an accurate representation of my experience - I purchased my first home in Vegas, and never expected to leave until the pandemic threw a wrench into my plans, and I needed to leave the state for work. I was overwhelmed by the thought and process of finding a tenant for my home. I initially called a few other property managers & felt even more overwhelmed after talking to them. After finding Avalon on Google, I called and Bonnie came out the next day. She was kind and supportive, and walked me through the process. Her team made everything simple, and I have no complaints. They are responsive & I trust that they are handling everything while I am away. My house is small & they aren't charging much for their services. I appreciate that they still treat me well even though I'm not a real estate tycoon with infinite business for them. Thank you!

As an investor I wrote an offer on a listing represented by Avalon (Lauren Barberini). The initial offer was 8% below list price which is far from laughable (especially with a cash, as-is, quick close offer). And considering the comps, market, etc. it should have at least need countered. Instead it was met with contempt and unprofessionalism. My main issue stems from the arrogant and pompous response by the selling agent Lauren. Lauren responded to my agent “Offer has been rejected. If you want to write a serious offer you write it for what it on the market for other than that when you see my name don’t semi lowball offers.” When you see my name??? Who talks like that? More importantly, how is this response beneficial to the seller being represented? I suspect the offer was never even presented, and that is far from a laughable matter. Can’t say I’m surprised this property is 64 days on the market and counting. What an embarrassment to the industry. Poorly representing a client/seller. And poorly engaging with industry professionals who are all trying their hardest to make a living.

I would like to relocate to Las Vegas, I have called several Property Management companies but I didn´t get the information I need. When I called Avalon I was expecting the same service but I was impressed by a girl named Audrey, She was very kind, she answered all the questions I had, and she walked me through the process of how to find the available properties through the website. This girl was amazing! kudos to her...
